Refunds and cancellations

Due to the nature of services offered at The Tarvit Clinic, we cannot issue refunds for appointments attended.

If a booked appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, payments including deposits are non-refundable.

To comply with the General Pharmaceutical Council regulations, medication that has left the premises cannot be reused (even if unopened) and therefore we are unable to issue refunds.
